drawn cup needle roller bearing
Stamped outer ring needle roller bearing with a deep drawn thin-walled outer ring. Stamped outer ring needle roller bearings are commonly used in applications where the bearing seat hole cannot be used as a raceway for needle rollers and cage components, but requires a very compact and economical bearing configuration. These bearings are installed in the bearing seat using interference fit. Due to the lack of a shoulder or stop ring for axial positioning of the bearing, the design of the bearing seat hole is simple and economical.
The hardened steel stamping outer ring and the needle rollers and cage components of these bearings form a non separable unit.
Bearing characteristics:
Low cross-section
In applications that require less space, stamping outer ring needle roller bearings can achieve miniaturization.
High load-bearing capacity and stiffness
Due to the large number of rollers, stamped outer ring needle roller bearings have high load-bearing capacity and stiffness.
